We were down at Clackamette Park a few weeks ago and watched the sun go down. I took pictures (washed out and blah looking), so using the landscape as reference only, this morning I re-created that sunset as it seemed to me at the time.
The colors in my photos often disappoint. How lovely to recreate the scene the way you really saw it. I like the way the warm and cool colors contrast.
