October Morning

One of my favorite things to do is go for an early morning walk with a dear friend. We go almost every day (unless one of us is out of town!), so we have witnessed some incredible sunrises through the years. October is always a good month to catch them, and we look forward to seeing the colors mingle with the sky and landscape. A few days ago we were treated to this splendor, with Mt Hood (Oregon) glowing in the far distance.
